Injuries Suck. And if you've worked out or played a sport for anything length of time, it's hard to imagine that you haven't made it without some sort of bump, bang, strain or bruise. But what happens when you get hurt. Like really hurt... Like down for the count, need a few weeks or months to get moving again. That's what happened to me, and I wanted to share that story with you.
